At Grit & Grace, athlete
wellbeing comes first.
Our Commitment to Safe Sport
Grit & Grace programming is delivered by a founder who has completed Safe Sport Training through the Coaching Association of Canada and adheres to Canadian safeguarding standards.
We are committed to creating environments where athletes feel physically, emotionally, and psychologically safe. Our programming aligns with Canadian Safe Sport principles and prioritizes respect, accountability, and athlete voice.
We believe performance thrives in environments built on trust — not fear.
Grit & Grace programming:
-
Promotes emotional regulation and healthy identity beyond sport
-
Encourages open dialogue without pressure to share
-
Operates within clear professional boundaries
-
Follows established reporting protocols if safety concerns arise
We are committed to continuous education and uphold the standards expected within Canadian youth sport environments.
